Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. All orders ship free within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states)—no minimums, no surprises at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 5 business days of purchase. Once your order leaves our shop, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the lower 48 U.S. states. If you’re located outside this area and interested in placing an order, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to discuss options.

We work with trusted freight and parcel carriers, selected based on the size and nature of your order, to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
$100 Credit
What can the $100 credit be used toward?
The $100 credit toward first purchase applies to new customers who have a minimum cart subtotal of $900.
Who is eligible for the $100 credit?
The $100 new customer credit is available for first-time customers only, with a limit of one use per customer. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if we reasonably suspect fraud, multiple uses of the offer by a customer, or other misuse.

We partner with eco-conscious suppliers and choose materials with sustainability in mind. It’s a small but intentional way we reduce our footprint while creating furniture meant to last.
How are Sapling Studio products designed and made?
Sapling Studio products are designed, milled, and manufactured in Colorado. By keeping the entire process close to home, we’re able to iterate thoughtfully, maintain hands-on quality control, and build each piece with intention—from first sketch to final assembly.
