We accept returns in the original packaging within 7 days of delivery.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns must be approved by a member of our team before the process can begin.
Item must be return undamaged.
Only Products purchased through Sapling directly are automatically eligible for return, products purchased through other channels are subject to review before approval.
Changing / Canceling Order Details
If you notice that there is an issue with your order please email us as soon as possible to rectify the issue. We try to accommodate any changes however we cannot guarantee this as an option. As everything at Sapling is made to order, once an order is placed, it is generally not possible to cancel or change it in any way. If you realize you need to request a change, please contact our us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate your request but unfortunately, it is not guaranteed.
Custom Orders
All custom orders at Sapling Studio are final sale, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds on these orders. This policy applies to any product that is specifically personalized, customized, or made-to-order according to the Customer’s specifications.
Warranty
All our furniture comes with a 1-year warranty for your peace of mind!
Who does the warranty cover?
This warranty extends to the original purchaser and applies only to products purchased directly from Sapling Studio. Proof of purchase may be required to validate a warranty claim.
How long is the warranty?
Our warranty covers the product for one (1) year from the date of delivery, under normal residential use.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the wooden frame, including structural components and slats, when used as intended in a standard bedroom setting and assembled according to provided instructions. At our discretion, Sapling Studio will repair or replace any product or component found to be defective or damaged due to a covered issue. Replacement items may be new or comparable in value.
What is not covered?
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
Improper assembly or misuse
Modifications, alterations, or attempted repairs
Moving, transport, or relocation after delivery
Use with adjustable or motorized bed bases
Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or natural aging
Accidents, abuse, or exposure to moisture, fire, or other environmental conditions
Commercial, hospitality, rental, or other non-residential use
Soft goods, including pillowboards and pillowboard covers, are not covered under this warranty.
